I like to build relationships – intimate relationships especially to people who I can talk to all day. I just like the idea of communication where in words and wisdom are being exchanged and later on… you know, maybe the person and I can trade more than words.
Then it occurred to me, I’m finding myself hard to let go of those moments. Because I was savoring the details of the conversation and was hoping for more to come. And when it doesn’t happen, I get frustrated, tend to cling and dwell.
Letting go of thoughts, things, events, people and absolutely everything that no longer serve their purpose in life gives a chance of embracing possibilities. Clinging to something that no longer serves, just gives burden and smaller rooms for new things that will and may give more meaningful reason to live. Take everything as it happens and one will never get to be frustrated in life.
Do you still remember the last time you decided to leave your previous job? How did it feel?
Do you still remember the time you became honest of your feelings? Tell me more about it.
Do you still remember the time you just dance even if the music stopped? Crazy , right?
When you just let go… and stop owning everything, you go back to the reality that nothing is permanent and everything shall pass by you. Your skills, talents, material things, success and everything that had happen or given to you, are not yours. They were just… things, events, moments, epiphany, etc.. You just need to live them, not own them. Live them, not cling to them. Live them and react accordingly.
Let go every minute and breathe life.
